1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Web Jungle Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), located at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, and the client ("you" or "your") for the provision of web development services.

2. Services

Our services may include:

• Full-stack web development
• E-commerce solutions
• SEO and performance optimization
• API development and integration
• Website maintenance and support

3. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines will be agreed upon in writing before work commences. We commit to meeting agreed deadlines, provided that you supply all required materials and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in receiving client materials or feedback may result in project timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Typically, we require:

• 50% deposit before work begins
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• Additional features or revisions will be quoted separately
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design and content. We retain rights to any proprietary code, frameworks, or tools used in development. We may include your website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to all provided content
• Maintain your website and hosting after launch (unless covered by a maintenance agreement)

7. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes after project completion. Additional support and maintenance services are available under separate agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any consequential damages or lost profits.
